Privacy Policy

BrandOS may process information you enter into the service, including your brand name, revenue, orders, expenses, product pricing, product costs, inventory information, marketing information, and questions submitted to AI Advisor.

When you use the free analysis without an account, analysis information may temporarily be stored in your browser so BrandOS can display your results and preserve them during the signup process.

When you create an account, authentication is handled through Clerk. BrandOS stores an identifier associated with your account so your workspace and business information can be connected to you.

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. BrandOS does not need to store your full payment card number in its own database.

Stripe may process billing information according to its own privacy and security practices.

When you use AI Advisor, relevant brand information and your question may be transmitted to an AI service provider to generate the requested response.

Information may be used to:

• provide BrandOS analysis and dashboards;
• save your workspace and account information;
• calculate business metrics and recommendations;
• provide AI Advisor responses;
• process and manage subscriptions;
• maintain security and prevent misuse; and
• improve and maintain the service.

BrandOS currently relies on third-party infrastructure and service providers for functions such as authentication, payment processing, database hosting, web hosting, and AI functionality.

These providers process information as necessary to provide their respective services.

Account and workspace information may be retained while your account or workspace remains active and for a reasonable period afterward as necessary for security, billing, operational, or legal purposes.

You can update BrandOS business information through your account. You can also use the Reset BrandOS option to remove your current brand workspace data.

Subscription management is available through the Stripe customer portal from your BrandOS Settings page.

BrandOS does not sell users' personal information to advertisers.

BrandOS uses third-party hosting, authentication, payment, and database infrastructure intended to support secure operation. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.
